Drone Becomes Stuck in The Arms of Lady Justice

In North-central Ohio a 9-inch remote-control helicopter flew up into the Lady Justice arm, by the Marion Court house. This incident happened on April 27th and the drone has been there ever since. The owner of the small plane has been trying to get it back but county officials say they will not pay to remove it, and will not risk anyone's life for it. In the mean time, I guess the drone is Lady Justice's.
